About SSTA
The Singapore Space and Technology Association (SSTA) is a non-profit association whose primary goal is to promote the development and convergence of the space technology industry in Singapore. It also serves to act as a neutral platform to facilitate information and communication for the global space industry.
SSTA functions by spearheading initiatives in space and related high-technology projects, with the aim of jump starting the space industry in Singapore. SSTA acts as a catalyst to boost Singapore’s drive to be a regional Space Hub in Asia and seeks to foster a vibrant development and investment climate for the future of Singapore. On the domestic educational front, SSTA strives to encourage careers in the expanding aerospace/space industry.
SSTA holds many related divisions, each operating a different project to achieve different objectives catered to meet the needs of the space and technology industry. Events include:
- Global Space and Technology Convention (GSTC)
- Underwater Projects Group (UPG)
- Experiences, an annual education event

Additionally, SSTA runs the Singapore-International Aerospace Association (SIAA), a related organization that strives to promote the continual progression of the space and aviation industry.
