Executive Director, Office for Space Technology and Industry (OSTIn), Singapore

David TAN is serves as Executive Director for the Office of Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn). As central office for the Singapore Government, it develops national strategy, addresses space related matters and identifies technologies to build and grow space capabilities as an industry that contributes to economy and national needs.
He had served in various capacities within the public and private sectors in Singapore as follows :

• Head Ops Tech Future Systems Directorate SAF
• Head Ops Technology (Info-Systems) in DSO National Lab
• Head Strategic Technology Centre in Data Analytics & AI in ST Engineering
• Chief Technology Officer in ST Engineering (Electronics)
