All forms must be submitted to SSTA before 15 November 2018.

This Competition is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Airbus-SSTA HADR CHALLENGE 2019 as stipulated by the Singapore Space and Technology Association (SSTA).  Each team is to submit one registration form. Please note that the 1st student particular will be the team leader.

Participants can form groups of maximum 3 persons




1. SSTA, (the ‘Organizer’) and Airbus, (the ‘Co-Organizer’) of the Airbus / SSTA HADR Challenge 2018 reserves the right to reject any registration forms with incomplete details.
2. The Organizer and Co-Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion for any reason, and to amend the Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
3. By submitting this Registration Form, you agree that the Organizer and Co-Organizer may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form to sponsoring companies of Airbus / SSTA HADR Challenge 2018 for the purposes of recruitment, internship and invitation to other educational activities organized by the SSTA sponsoring companies.
4. By participating in the competition and submitting your entries, you grant SSTA and the sponsoring companies the rights to:
a. Use your name and likeness for the purpose of organizing and/or managing the competition, for announcing the winner(s) of the competition and for related promotional purposes.
b. (but shall not be obliged to) display the winner’s photographs in/on their publications including websites and they may (but shall not be obliged to) feature the winning entries in the media and in public relations publicity.
c. Accept that all entries will become the property of the SSTA upon receipt and will not be returned. You will retain the rights you have in the copyright and other intellectual property rights comprising the competition entry but, by entering the competition, you grant SSTA and the sponsoring companies free of charge, to republish your competition entry.
5. Any teams suspected of plagiarism will be investigated, and, if deemed appropriate by the Promoter, disqualified from the competition.
a. Claims and/or Disputes should be sent within one month of the end of the competition by mail to Singapore Space and Technology Association 318 Tanglin Road, Phoenix Park #01-37, Singapore 247979, and by email to the address: terence.chan@space.org.sg; please include ‘Dispute’ in the subject header.
b. The Ruling of The Promoter shall be final and binging. Rules are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are subjected to jurisdiction of the State Court.
