Lianhe Zaobao 三名理工生对太空与卫星技术很感兴趣，设计了利用卫星技术的赈灾通信方案。他们所设计的求救电话利用高空伪卫星进行通信，救援中心可通过卫星导航确认求救电话的所在地。 三名理工学院学生设计利用卫星通信的求救电话，可让灾民在电信中断的情况下拨电求助，实用可行的点子获得青睐，在“人道援助与赈灾挑战赛”中脱颖而出。 淡马锡理工学院航空航天电子系学生傅夏娜李（19岁，中）说，三人是同个科系的同学，对太空与卫星技术很感兴趣，在课程负责人的建议下参加比赛，设计利用卫星技术的赈灾通信方案。 她与队友蔡文峰（19岁，右）和张隽言（20岁，左）设计的求救电话是利用空中客车公司的Zephyr高空伪卫星进行通信，救援中心也可通过卫星导航确认求救电话的所在地。 傅夏娜李说，求救电话可预先设置在会发生天灾的地区，或是由赈灾人员从空中投下。 蔡文峰说：“太空和我们的科系——航空航天系相当有关……我对外太空感兴趣已经有好一段时间了，间中也参加过几个比赛了解卫星技术。” 这次的比赛是由空中客车与新加坡太空与科技协会联合举办，旨在设计方案，利用卫星技术协助赈灾与救援工作，共有15个队伍参赛，其中11队来自新加坡，其余的来自马来西亚与印度尼西亚。 得奖队伍可免费到法国参观空中客车国防与太空设施，了解航空航天业的最新的顶尖科技。 傅夏娜李说：“我们很意外也很开心……感觉这是很重大的奖励，我们可以继续往这方面发展。这是一个新的开始，我很兴奋。” Link to article
